ARRIVAL

Please arrive by 2:45pm (bus will be arriving at 2:40pm) and make your way over to the ceremony location at the Pavilion.

CEREMONY

There will be enough seats for everyone so please take a seat!

Only the front row will be reserved for immediate family (with signs), otherwise sit anywhere you like.

The ceremony will be starting at 3pm.

Appreciate if you can please keep phones away during the ceremony

COCKTAIL HOUR

After the ceremony cocktail hour will begin!

There will be some lawn games on the grass to enjoy.

Grazing boards will be available from the beginning of cocktail hour.

Canapes will begin at 4:45pm until 5:30pm (see 'Food' page for menu).

RECEPTION

Everyone will be invited into the reception area in the Marquee at 5:45pm.

We will have a sit down dinner consisting of a main course (a la carte). Your dinner order will be taken once seated (see 'Food' page for menu).

There will be a few speeches from 6:15pm-6:30pm before dinner. Dinner will served, and then the last few speeches from 7:30pm - 7:45pm after dinner.

Cake cut and dancing at 8:00pm!

Things will wrap up around 11:20-11:30pm with the bus departing at 11:45pm.
